Ordered diff items for my nephew birthday to australia all the way from demark. Order was placed 2 weeks before. On delivery date they delivered 2 items saying third item dry fruits are out of season and no option of what will they do. No mention that fresh fruits are not delivered. Back and forth with them 18 to 20 emails and sub standard items finally received. Customer service is quick and helpful. But items/products no where price worth range. And website is bit misleading in sense if products are out of season,inform people instead of taking order and then on date of delivery,delivering only half of items in order. Things are hardly anything in real life as compare to pictures.
One pay good money and order in advance to avoid hassel of going back and forth.

Please do not use this company. They are scammers of the worst kind. Deceptive and unkind.

Any business that engages in misleading conduct should not be trusted. Ths business spammed many other Australian business' with fake 1 star reviews that contained a link to their website. Disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from this business.

This business is exercising horrible marketing tactic, leaving fake 1 star reviews for other websites and suggest others to buy from them instead.

My order was dispatched the same day, great gift store and the customer service was very helpful in changing some of the orders before the dispatch.
