I took a professional orientation course at a pivotal moment of my career, transferring from operative to managerial role. Through introductory testing I gained insight into my strengths, skills and weaknesses. The following sessions helped me understand how to build an open communication and how to built common understanding among the participants with different perspectives. Miona is a great coach, able to provide guidance even in the context of my particular industry, which helped a lot in fully understanding the emotions behind every situation.
