I am very satisfied with the service provided. Communication has been continuous. For personal reasons I have decided to cancel the subscription and they have understood this, processing a refund.

What a Scam
What a Scam! I received, as I thought, an email from Premier Inn, which I trust and use, I was told that if I filled in a questionnaire I might win two pillows. I checked in line to find out of this was a scam, there was no mention of it being so. I agreed to pay postage of £1.70 for the pillows, and suddenly I discover I have a membership to something I neither want not asked for. Using the Premier Inn trusted name is a cheat. I have cancelled and if you remove more than £1.70 from my account there will be trouble.
