Could be cold
Beverley East Yorkshire
Wow
Eleven minutes to make a large latte,
What annoys me is that staff take 1 order & do someone else’s order.
Now I could have gone and bought some instant coffee and boiled a kettle way quick then your slow staff.
And for a large latte £4.15 begs to differ
Absolutely atrocious

Costa coffee in Sainsbury’s Kiln lane
Costa coffee in Sainsbury’s Kiln lane. Long wait, cold coffee and was charged for a free drink. Was told if I choose extra large there is a charge. Checked and that isn’t right, shouldn’t have been charged.

Was disappointed with the poor quality of the banana and pecan cake served. The shop was dirty. The tables were rocking. Rocking of tables is common in many cafes
We won't be returning.
Met with friends at the Costa in Worle as a change from our usual place (not a Costa). We won't be returning. The volume of everyone talking was was so bad we could hardly hear each other and there is absolutely no need whatsoever for the so-called music in the background, which was just thump thump - you couldn't hear a tune even if you wanted to (which we didn't). We all thought the coffees were too strong.
The dishwasher wasn't working so we had to have paper cups. We cut our meet-up short as trying to hold a conversation was virtually impossible.
However, it was clean and the staff were fine.
Allowing dogs, a bad idea !!
I am a very regular customer in the Halbeath branch in Dunfermline. The staff are excellent and no complaints with the coffee but recently they have allowed dogs into the premises to my annoyance. The last thing I want is a dog sniffing around the table when I am eating food or a wet dog smelling next to me. That happened on my last visit .! The place is too small when busy to have additional animals squeezed in. I have always enjoyed going to this Costa but I will not be calling back as often as talking to others, they feel the same way. Much as I love dogs, this isn’t the place for them. Wake up Costa !!
Dismal service
Dismal service, the hot chocolate
is luke warm and customer service is appealing. At least I don't have to return.

Coffee shop no coffee or milk
Went to William Harvey hospital Costa coffee shop and no coffee really so had tea and hot chocolate the hot chocolate was disgusting no milk just water how can you run a coffee shop that doesn't have milk or coffee
Disappointing Experience
I recently visited Costa Coffee, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. While the coffee itself was decent, the service was slow and the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to long wait times. Additionally, the seating area was not as clean as I expected, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy my drink. I've had better experiences at other coffee chains. I hope they can improve their service and cleanliness in the future.
Tasteless Coffee !
It was the first time in over a year that we went to have Costa Coffee in Cambridge Grand Arcade whilst waiting for JL to open, boy, did I wish I hadn’t bothered, nearly £3 for a small Americano, I had an extra shot in mine as well !, the coffee used to be half decent but this was just tasteless, we left them both after drinking less than a quarter of them.
Save your money and look elsewhere for decent coffee !
The “Untoasted” toasted sandwich …
Went into Costa Coffee in Kingsland High Street shopping centre, and asked for a flat white, and a toasted ham and cheese sandwich, to sit in. The flat white was served in a takeaway cup, and there was no mention that the toaster must have broken. Bread was anaemic……
Really bad coffee
Really bad coffee. Bought two. Both terrible. One of them scolding hot as the barista was texting on her mobile while making the coffee! Shocking quality and service for the price. Feeling pretty ripped off!
Best coffee shop chain
Can't go wrong with Costa. Staff are always on it and well trained. Food quality is excellent, with a wide range.
Wipes the floor with Starbucks in every way.
Cannock shopping centre costa .
Went to Costa coffee in Cannock shopping centre.
The service was fine . The problem was with the fact that the atmosphere was sum what slightly lowered by the fact that a couple were obviously using the place to just keep off the street and use the toilet. When we wanted to use the toilet had to retreat as it stank and was an absolute mess. Sorry but paying high end prices for comfort isn’t working at this establishment.
