I purchased a gift card, but made an error when providing the registration information. I was unable to reach customer service either through the message service or using the contact phone number. I never received a receipt for my purchase. I am hoping my bank can help and this scam doesn't get to keep my money.
My gift card that I purchased for use at the STRAT restaurant in Las Vegas was rejected twice by the STRAT. The second time I spoke with a manager who said that maybe it was not accepted because it was a promotional gift card. Huh? I bought it myself? The card is valid. I contacted giftlocal customer service who told me they would contact the STRAT restaurant and fix this. I sent gift local my receipt for my dinner. Giftlocal never got back to me. I'm out $150.
The easiest gift card I ever bought. I just bought my buddy a round of Golf in Florida in 30 seconds from my phone for his Birthday. Amazing!!!
