Brilliant service , couldn’t believe how quickly a personalised gift arrived! There was a fault on arrival which I emailed them back about and wow - customer service couldn’t have been better !! Apologetic, polite, no quibbles and 2nd item delivered as quickly as the first. Without a doubt would recommend this company to anyone - well done guys that’s how to do things properly! 👍🏻😊

This was my second time shopping at Two Beeps. When I need a quality and unique type gift, that doesn’t cost the earth, this is where I go. The website is easy to navigate and I’m usually spoilt for choice for what to buy. On this occasion, there was an issue with my item not arriving when due. Although this was an issue with the courier, Matthew responded very quickly to my email, telling me that he had contacted the courier and stated what he believed the problem was due to. He was extremely helpful and apologetic. Typically, late in the evening, my item arrived, extremely well packaged and looking much better than it did online.
The customer experience was amazing throughout, even with the delivery hitch, it was extremely positive.
I rarely write reviews, but I am a firm believer in giving credit where it’s due.
Two Beeps have got everything right, you’re made to feel extremely valued as a customer. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!

Great item, securely packaged and delivered promptly

I bought 2 wooly sheep orniments with little santa hats on.Around 5 years ago I bought 2 dangle legged sheep orniments elsewhere,and have loved them ever since.I found 2 beeps while looking for a replacement for 1 of my wooly sheep that had fell off the fire surround and broke,I seen the 2 sheep with Christmas hats on and thought they would make a nice edition to my other dangle legged sheep.Was really shocked when they arrived as they are sooooo much bigger than the dangly legged ones I already have,and they were cheaper than what I paid 5 years ago too.They arrived very well packed,and I love them.They were the last 2 in stock,and I'm over the moon with my purchase.Will DEFINATELY buy from these guys again..

Absolutely excellent service, Matthew and his Mum are great to watch live on their TicTock shop. I ordered on a Wednesday at 1pm, my item was delivered by 11am on Thursday morning.
The item I bought (German shepherd statue) was great quality and really worth the price I paid.
