Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service.
The first item I received, was unfortunately faulty. I messaged the company in the evening, and received immediate response from Matt with a couple of things to try. After these things didn't resolve my issue, he immediately offered to send a replacement, which was received 2 working days later. Replacement works perfectly.

Brilliant Customer Service
I recently ordered a gift for a work colleague off a very well known website. It arrived damaged due to poor packing. I found this wonderful company who despatched the same item to me. It arrived the next day in perfect condition as it had been packed appropriately for a breakable item. I am extremely impressed with the customer service and performance received from TwoBeeps. Will definitely be buying from them again!

Definitely a website favourite
Saw a lovely steam punk owl in a shopping centre and my son said he would buy it for my birthday. Went on Amazon and saw the same one for sale from TwoBeeps. Ordered and arrived 2 days earlier than expected.
Wonderfully packaged and exactly as described on website. Plus slightly cheaper than one in local shopping centre.
Will definitely be ordering more from this great company.

I placed an order 29th may for a personalised photo frame, sadly it went missing in the post. However, this was resolved by the company replacing the frame for me even though the issue was not their fault. Very friendly company to deal with and will definitely use them again.

Just fantastic, TwoBeeps made my jumbo 20oz custom mug to my specification (so, not one of the off-the-peg customisations they already offer) on the day they received it, and it was in my hands the next day.
The site has live chat for queries, and they were very responsive when discussing my design.
Would definitely buy from again, and recommend to everyone!
