I ordered two pairs of tennis shoes

I ordered two pairs of tennis shoes. The first pair was delivered as expected and was very pleased. The second pair delivered was not what I ordered. I told them that. They asked me to send a picture of the shoes. They immediately responded and apologized and offered me a refund or the correct shoes. Since I loved the first pair I decided on the shoes. They were just delivered and love them. Never ordered anything from them before but I will definitely order from them again. That’s integrity. Thank you Gift Ness.
