Great customised products and packaging

I had a bad experience ordering from your website, you guys shows 2 option free delivery n paid one even paying for logistics cost still the delivery gets delayed and this happens twice...Don't cheat customer like this...

First of all read return policy. They don't have return arrangement , you have to return by your side and return is possible only if product is defective either you like or don't like the quality, you have to keep the product with you.

Surely you will not like the quality.

Experience was great.Only thing to improve is delivery time and communication should be more transparent and better.

The products were very attractive, hence ordered my return gifts from giftoo. I even messaged them 3 days prior to ensure it gets delivered on time. I was told it would, but never came. Its been 3 days since delivery date, still no sign of the order. My son's birthday is already over, I had to make last minute arrangements, forget the extra expense, but the stress I went through was traumatic with so many other arrangements to make. Very disappointing service from the customer care, making false promises. They don't even pick the call, I have to keep waiting for message only. Very bad experience. I wish there was a better system to track and follow up.

It was a last minute order and they promptly delivered the return gifts for my daughters birthday a day before expected. Good quality products.

All products were exactly like the photos, very nice finished and cost effective. Initially i was lil scared of ordering due to those fraud website but they are very legit and send u same sam what you order, even i have picked up the color / specifics design of certain product and i received the same.

I will give 1 rating as when im msging or calling no reply from their end. As the quality of the sling bad was too bad at the last moment i need to return it.

I gave one star for the review because it is mandatory to choose a star or else it would have been zero from my end.The most disappointing online purchase ever.I have ordered a bag worth 2000+ from the site for my daughter to take back to Qatar and paid online on 7th February stating that they will deliver on 13th of February.Since my flight back to Qatar was on 15th I thought the time frame fits!
It was 14th Feb and I have not received the item, tried calling watsapping nothing no response, finally after countless tries they replied on 15th February that the address I gave was not complete for them(the address was the same I give for all my online purchases and still received).Because of their carelessness and not following up I was not able to take it with me.Then I have asked a friend to take it with them when they return back on 22 February and now when I enquired they said it will again take 7 more days!!!!
Imagine the responsibility of the company on pre paid orders! Now they are asking me to order again if I want to get faster delivery!
Saying all the worst excuses and very very poor customer service, if you want to order anything from them please think thrice so that you dont lose your money!!!They are the biggest scam!
