Order promised to be delivered on 30th…

Order promised to be delivered on 30th of may. Still it has not been delivered and they are not even responding to calls, messages and mails. I am repenting having ordered from giftoo, because my kids birthday is tomorrow and I still dont know whether I will receive my shipment. N last moment I have to go hunting for return gifts from elsewhere. Pls beware

Genuine and good site

Very good site to buy return gifts for birthday.. Very affordable. Reasonable quality and hassle free delivery and very responsive customer service.. I would definitely recommend giftoo

Easy & Excellent Experience with Giftoo

We had an excellent experience with Giftoo. The experience has been great - right from their easy and simple portal, ease of placing the order, before expected time delivery and interaction with their team.
Will definitely recommend Giftoo to other parents, like us, who find the experience of shopping for return gifts in the crowded markets a hassle. This experience was fun with all in the family involved including the Birthday boy deciding what he wanted for his friends as part of the Goody Bag.

Product are not good, over costly. return on own cost

Product quality is not good, costly from other e-commerce site/local market.
No return policy, customer has to send return on his own cost..so think twice before order.

Please note - Return of Choice Customers may be asked to send the product back to us through a courier of Thier choice. In case of returns for a cause – where a different product is delivered from the ordered product OR the product got damaged in transit – Giftoo will reimburse the cost of courier charges for returning the products back to us.
