FEDEX the courier used have not delivered and their communications are really bad.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced with the delivery of your Irish Treat Box, and I completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
We sincerely appreciate your order and regret that your experience with the courier has not met expectations. I did look into this, and I can confirm that FedEx attempted delivery on both July 1st and 2nd, but as the package requires a signature, they were unable to complete the delivery without someone present. Unfortunately, they are not permitted to leave parcels unattended for security reasons.
That said, I absolutely understand how upsetting poor communication from a courier can be. Your experience matters deeply to us, and while the issue was outside of our direct control, we are still truly sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you. We are here to help in any way we can and would be more than happy to assist in arranging a redelivery or helping you connect with FedEx to make sure it gets to you smoothly.
