We are still waiting for my parents to receive it in NY. No one at all reached out. They should have known what it entails to ship to USA. DO NOT charge 49euro in FEDEX fees and then it is Christmas DAY and they have NOTHING. No call, no email. I have been chasing it all for days. They say it’s OUT of their Control . BS . You should know the particulars to where you ship. I want ANSWERs. Being delivered tomorrow on the 26th? It’s a joke. Never again and I am looking for compensation.

Super fast delivery which is fabulous at this busy time of year! The hamper arrived in a sturdy box although I personally wouldn't mind paying a little more for a wicker hamper.
