After seeing the bad reviews, I was unsure at first to order from them, but a friend recommended that I order one. It was the wisest decision I made. It did take more than 2 weeks but the wait was worth it. It was a gift for my wife of my late mother-in-law. Because of Covid, many lost their loved ones. I truly recommend it to all.

Terrible customer service!!! I ordered a package for my mother-in-law it was supposed to be customized but it wasn't had the wrong picture and name emailed in message on Facebook for over a month to try to get fixed barely could get a response we'll never order from them again!!! All I wanted was the card in my necklace box to be replaced with the one I ordered and they wouldn't even do that

SCAMMERS. THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. ORDER SOMETHING FOR MY SISTER'S BIRTHDAY IN APRIL AND THEY SAID IT'S BEEN DELIVERED AND IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. WHEN I GOT IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE THEY GAVE ME A ROUTING NUMBER THAT WASNT EVEN IN THE SYSTEM. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I received my customized gifts. It took 2 weeks and i send them email regarding orders update. they have confirmed the time taking for customization.

I’ve ordered from them on 05/05/2020 and it’s not 07/09/2020 and I still haven’t received a tracking #. I’ve e-mailed them on several occasions and no one ever responded. I’m so mad that I didn’t read the reviews first! $112 gone to waste.

Before lockdown, I was not a fan of online shopping... They helped a lot during the lockdown. This store is amazing. I think it's a good place for shopping

Do not order from this company! Shipping info is false. Customer service is very poor you will not get a response! Engraving was misspelled do not order from this company!!!

placed order with them 11/29/2019 they send me updates but the same ole updates over and over again, I have demanded my money or product never recieved as they state its been processed, freaking scammers DO NOT order from them they are disgusting ppl

This is a house address in New York I placed order on December 2nd and still nothing so I did some research number is disconnected also when you email them is automated so it says the same thing over and over again I ask for a work number and all I got back was thank you for your purchase also no shipping info was ever sent call your bank and put a stop on payment.... THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN A.S.A.P.......

I ordered something on November 29th! Everything they have online says no more than 10 days! It’s December 23 and I haven’t even gotten an email saying it was shipped! Can’t call the damn number Bc it goes to voicemail. Needless to say I guess I’m out $45! Good thing I didn’t need it for Christmas. This place is a joke! I’ve sent 5 emails and got nothing in return. What a bunch of crap!

FRAUD COMPANY!! The product never comes and they steal your money. They send fake tracking numbers and have fake "customer service" lines. Look at their BBB page. F rating because there are multiple complaints filed about the company.

I've been scammed! Not a really company. Buyer beware. I purchased several items 5 weeks ago. I have not received the items I paid for. I have emailed this company at least 20 times only to get an automatic response. I have called the number listed on company website which does not work. I have requested my money back for items that I paid for over a month ago that I have not received. Horrible way to do business if this a real company. Better business bureau needs to close this website down as several reviews reflect the same issue I have experienced.
