Bought some 2025 personalised photo calendars from them. As a brit living in Germany I needed a UK calendar that delivered to Germany.

Really pleased with the calendars, they look great and delivered quickly.

This is a very basic scam operation. Take money, do not provide the goods. Reported to my bank and every fraud investigation company in the country.

Wish I'd read these reviews! Same problem for me as in no order arrived which was due 12-13th August. Lots of chasing and no replies. Finally after sending a Facebook message and saying I'd start tagging them on social media if they did not respond, as they had my money and I had no goods, I eventually got a response! Order arrived 10th Sept (Royal Mail shipping email written in French). Arrived too late and not as good as I thought it would be. Agree with the others....avoid!!

I ordered a personalised item with them, my photo was accepted & I was given a delivery ETA of 1-4 days. I contacted them to check it was on track as it was an important gift for my little girl. I got told it was only due to be despatched on day 4, on a 24 or 48hr service. I asked if it could arrive quicker - got no reply. Still no item on day 6. I was given no tracking number & Shop said it hadn’t even been despatched. Contacted them again as I was worried I’d been scammed. Got told it had never even been produced because they suspected the image ‘breached copyright’ - but had never told me this. What a joke. I had to ask them to cancel & refund. Total let down - avoid at all costs.

Sorry to see so many others have been tricked by these total con artists too.

I ordered a Photo Calendar over 2 weeks ago which has not been delivered. I have tried to contact Gifts Finder by e-mail and phone but no response.

Far from having received an email stating my order was cancelled and money refunded this is not the case, NO refund has been made.
This company are obviously extremely dodgy although it’s only £17.28 I cannot afford to lose it and await immediate refund.

It's a joke I even have to offer this website 1 star. I placed an order on 18th March and expected it to arrive by 21st March latest. Come 22nd, it hadn't come. As I'm leaving this review, it is 2nd April and since I placed my order, I have sent 3 emails, whatsapp messages, facebook messages AND attempted their 'live chat' on their website, all of which are so clearly non existent. The phone rang out to an american voice mail which didn't sound official at all. Sadly, I've only just thought to look at the reviews for this website and I'm disgusted that 100% of them share the same experience. I've disputed it with my bank who have returned my payment in full now but I'm determined to go further with this in one way or another.

Same as everyone else, scammed out of money, reporting through the banking app to get the money back and using this site as proof of scamming.

Nothing heard from the company.

Terrible company - wish I'd listened to the reviews. Paid express delivery and came over a week later. Emailed twice and still no response to date.
Poor quality of product.
Avoid.

Ordered a calendar as a Christmas Present and paid for it to be delivered by Dec 15th. IT DIDN'T ARRIVE.
Contacted them via chatbot on 18th, but Chatbot does not chat! Email response asking if I wanted the A3 2025 I had asked for and replied yes.
THEN SILENCE...
Chatbot query on 21st at 11.00 asking if this Christmas Present will arrive before Christmas.
NO REPLY...
Complained about shocking Customer Service on Chatbot at 23.00.
NO REPLY...
11.30 on 22/12 I get an "Order Cancelled" email and a refund to PayPal.
NO EXPLANATION. NO APOLOGY

Lovely gift surprise ruined, with no time to go to another company and no tme to get any other gift personalised.

What a way to treat customers. Some companies don't deserve to stay in business!!

Paid for items that never arrived, no way of contacting them, a complete scam.

After continued phone calls on landline and WhatsApp, basically spamming them, sent Emails looking for an update, I print screened a review from here and got a reply with an apology and they said they sent an email 2 days after my order to advise my order was out of stock! Bull* … I never received an email and now missed out on a gift for my deceased baby nieces anniversary. I’m embarrassed for my family and fuming I have been put in this situation.
I have received an email I am to be refunded which is no good to me right now when I wanted something personalised for her grave.

It appears nobody has had a good experience with this company.

I'm surprised they are not out of business with their zero customer service. I placed an order on the 19th of June and it was expected on the 23rd of June. I attempted to contact them via Facebook, email, phone and WhatsApp. Took them AGES to respond, but eventually, they did on WhatsApp. Each time I asked for an update, I could see they read my message but didn't respond. I had to chase them to reply, which was always the same response, i.e. ' It's expected to arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday' This was the same response I received almost every time. Eventually, after constant messages to them, I was told they haven't received their order and therefore there is a delay with mine. They didn't respond when I asked why I wasn't told, only that I 'should receive it by next Tuesday or Wednesday'. I gave them 1 last chance last week and I still have not received it almost a month after it was due. Not once did I receive an apology or the truth about what was happening with my purchase. VERY Poor service - Do not recommend them! I wish I read Trustpilot before reading their own site reviews

I wish I had seen the majority of the poor reviews posted before placing an order with this company. I am also experiencing a non-delivery of my order and have received no reply from them in regard to my enquiries made as to what is happening with my order.
They have good reviews on their own website but from my experience of this company and reading reviews here I am now wondering how many of the 'good' reviews are actually genuine?
I too would also not recommend placing an order with this so called company!

Ordered a gift 1 month ago, had to chase them, no reply. Just got an email they are going to send it now. As expected, the occasion has long past and the gift now a bit useless. Joke of a company, AVOID

Ordered a gift almost a month ago. I have had no updates despite phone calls which go to voicemail, emails that go unanswered, WhatsApp messages that are read but not answered and Facebook messenger that are also ignored. Do not order from this company
