Awful company- avoid at all cost!!
I have spent thousands of my hard earned dollars with this company over the last 10 years. Over time, their item quality has steadily decreased while prices have only increased. Their organza bags have become absolutely terrible in quality, and their “customer service” is even worse. They do not take pride in their products- the bags are such poor quality I could never use them for my business. They should be embarrassed to sell a product that looks like that! They certainly do not put the customer first or care to help you in any way. In fact, they will send you a garbage product and require you to spend your own money to return it, which is insane. They have lost me as a customer forever. There are plenty of places to by fabric bags with better quality and a cheaper price with good customer service. Buyer beware!!
