The item I purchased had some quality issues, I notified them with my concerns and they wanted to me to send them a picture, unfortunately the glass had fallen off the kitchen counter and I told them a picture was not possible, they told me no worries and offered me a 20% refund or select a different product unfortunately the item I had purchased was no longer available, so I selected a replacement and the item is being shipped to me, you just can’t ask for better customer satisfaction than that!

This company is a scam. They advertise high quality items with enhanced photos so they can secure good prices. I purchased a commemorative whiskey glass for $30. It arrived with a different shape and a decal that was wrinkled and crooked. I’ve been to China many times, this item would have cost under $5 in China. After complaining, they offered a 15% discount which I refused. They then offered 25% discount. Both offers allows them to make a nice profit. For a full refund, you must ship a $5 glass back to China and wait weeks for a refund. They clearly note you’re responsible for return costs to China.

Quite the scam model. Make 700% profit on customers who don’t complain and 400% profit on those that request a refund.

I’ve also noted 5 star reviews from people that ordered a commemorative whiskey glass. These certainly are company generated. No one could possibly be happy paying $30 for a cheap glass with a decal attached. I’ve seen better in truck stop shops.

Stay away from this company. I ordered a 30th Anniversary Baltimore Ravens whiskey glass as a Christmas gift for my husband. This is NOT a whiskey glass. It’s barely larger than a shot glass. I could have lived with that. The dates were supposed to be 1996 to 2025. It came to me with the dates 1960 to 2025. This is not etched glass. They are stickers put on a glass. What a HUGE disappointment. They will be thrown in the trash.
Beware of this company. My purchase came from China, which to forever. After several weeks of not receiving the product, I contacted the company. They gave me tracking information that I was unable to use.

This company does go the extra mile to ensure your receive your package. I was please with their quick response to my inquiry. The products are of high quality. Overall a great experience!

I gave this company 4 stars. My product was defected, after numerous emails back & forth I was refunded the price I paid-no shipping charges. I can say the person I emailed each time ALWAYS stayed in contact with me.

The advertising for the product I bought was false. I was counting on this advent calendar being as advertised and needed it for my son's advent celebration. I was left in a pinch by the misleading item for sale. I was very disappointed and felt tricked.

If I could give no stars I would, what they advertise is not the product you get. Cheap junk.

I was concern that my order was taking a little extra time and maybe the site was a scam...Absolutly NOT!! The first email I sent was answered right away, outstanding customer service!! This was a Christmas gift and it was perfect. I will be ordering again.

I was unhappy with the response to a request for refund fo an incorrect item shipped. Reached out to PayPal. Finally a representative named Steve got involved then and offered to resolve by issuing a full refund. It is satisfying to finally receive good customer service.

It was a Christmas present to my son and son in law (Different colleges). They absolutely loved them.

My order was out if stock but the company and Jamie has been great at keeping me updated.

The service and follow up emails. After my purchase I did not like the design of the stadium on the glasses and had my order cancelled. I received full refund and a discount on my next order.

Ordered one team and got a completely different team! Return not possible. Real joke!

I just received my package. I ordered glass. The glass is flimsy and the painting on it looks cheap. I don’t think it will last after a few washings. The box that the company shows that comes with is not what you get. The box shown is part of the charm. I would not order from this company again.
