Do not order from here at all, useless service and people. No communication whatsoever 2-4 delivery that never happened. Just trying to scam people which is horrible. Do your research before ordering from this place.
Absolutely furious!!! Ordered Christmas pyjamas for my three children only to receive an order with incorrect names. Advised in October I’d receive new with the correct names and I’ve just been ignored ever since, despite sending multiple emails and messages. Disgusting service and judging by the comments I’m not the only one who’s been scammed!!!!
One star is one too many. Placed an order in March and it never arrived. It was only £12 plus delivery, but clearly they're doing this to a lot of people so I'm sure it's adding up for them. Surprised as this is a "company" that's been promoted by celebs like Stacey Solomon. Continuing to advertise new items despite not sending anything people previously bought.
I would give this 0 stars if it was an option! Gutted that my “bargain” was a scam….it’s only £7 but if they scam 200 people that’s £700. Despite several emails I have had no response.
Since placing my order on 12th March I’ve emailed twice to find out where it is and reached out on Instagram too with no response.
I’ve seen them post on Instagram so concerning that they are trying to sell more things without giving updates on existing ordered.
I’m now having to go via my bank to get a refund

Ordered a fiver Friday deal which was a personalised cold cup… arrived in about 2 weeks and I love it. The personalisation is really well stuck so thank you I will be back I love these deals they have each week.

Ordered in lockdown and didn’t receive items, had to tag them on an Instagram post for them to respond - they didn’t like being shamed! Finally got my refund after 3 months. Thought I’d try and order again to give them the benefit of the doubt as thought no way would it happen again… and yes! Ordered on 20/8 and still no items or responses from my emails, no other way of contacting them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If they’ve done it twice to me, they must be doing it to most their customers! I’m going to report them to trading ombudsman and report to my bank to get my refund!

I feel this needs a response as you have wrote this a mere 20 minutes after your email has been responded to. Your email was answered with an hour of sending and this claim isn't fair. I have advised you that we were in contact with our delivery company as we spoke yet you have written this.
As a small business comments like this can be damaging. I have also had no dealings with you via Instagram. Please find your order cancelled and refunded back to you.

Wish I could give no stars.. Ordered items which never got delivered so I had to go to the lengths of opening a PayPal dispute as they ignored all contact from me - do not reply to emails, Instagram messages and have comments turned off on all social media!! Very foolishly gave them the benefit of the doubt as I wanted to support a small business during covid and ordered more items. Package arrived but with half the items missing, got an apology and told they would be resent.. well this was months ago and still nothing. I have sent constant emails and messages since JULY and have heard squat back. DO NOT USE!!! I can see from the comments this is a regular occurrence…
If I could put less than one star I would! Really bad company! Took my money but never posted my order. Time and time again I messaged to try and get my order posted as I still wanted but then it went on so long I had to ask for a refund. In the end because nothing was getting resolved I had to go through my bank to do this for me as I was getting nowhere with the company! Do not use!!

Not true. It was an order from April 2021. The turnaround on your website when I ordered said 3 weeks and I contacted after 4 weeks and requested refund after around 7 weeks. I sent multiple messages and emails only to receive a generic reply stating a turnaround time which had passed.

We have a turnaround time... You ordered from our site and didn't wait for this time to pass before contacting your bank. As you contacted your bank requesting a refund your order was cancelled and not dispatched. Once you request your money bank we will adhere to this and cancel your order. After you had received your refund you then requested your items. We advised as you had received your refund you wouldn't receive the items. We did help you as much as possible and kept you up to date however you chose to cancel this. This was back in June last year and whenever you have asked we have explained all of this to you.
If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT order from this company. Absolutely shocking what they are doing and getting away with!!!!! I would like a refund 6 weeks and still waiting. Now getting completely ignored. Shocking Absolutely shocking.
Please please please do not give them any money. You won't get your items.

Do not buy from this company. They took my money months ago, have not sent the item and do not reply to messages on Instagram or email. They have also blocked comments on instagram.
Awful costumer service ordered items before Christmas 1 was missing took over a month to get a reply and they eventually gave me a refund and £10 voucher for their store , in good faith I ordered another item using the voucher plus my own money, ordered 31 December and still waiting ! Emailed on a weekly basis and little to no replies!! Really disappointed to the service, I’m now out of pocket and have a disappointed 8 year old as the item was part of his birthday present he had picked out himself
Awful company! Waited over a month to receive the order then my order was the wrong size! They don’t reply to emails or messages, two months later my problem still hasn’t been resolved! Items are ok but not the best quality. Avoid!
Avoid!! Ordered a few outfits for my baby and after 7 weeks nothing has come. I've tried many ways of contacting them and given them a chance to send or refund and have heard absolutely nothing from them. Do not buy from them, total scam!
