I like Giftya it’s easy to use, especially if you don’t have time to mail out a gift card, but you have to pay a fee which is ok and I love it!!! You can send a record or you can send pictures which I love. Keep up the good work.

There were not clear communications to the receiver as to how to use the giftya.
When I (the sender) tried to help, it was also not clear how to fix the problem.
Although there were several options to choose from when needing help, the option that I needed to address our problem was not given as an option.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Cards don't let n tou know befire hand that some cards wint have email giftcard options. So your recioient gets stuck with a choice of trading it for another merchant card that also has no egift card option. All along giftya charges recipient $1 for every card trade attemot.

Sending gifts via your site is quick and easy. Unfortunately, some recipients have had difficulty "opening" the gift. Wish it was a little simpler for those who are not tech savvy. Some have even gone to restaurants with the text and been turned away because they have to convert it.
