Bought a card with cake and sweets through a well known website. Order never arrived, no response from the seller when I messaged them however managed to get a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Scam Avoid They take your money and then don’t send the order.

Ok, so you must at all costs not use this company. My previous review said that I’d been scammed by two large sums on consecutive days back at the end of June 2023. My bank initially refunded me. Well today I find out that Giftzee accepted that one of the transactions was fraudulent but not the other and apparently not based on a purchase I made, which of course I didn’t anyway, but because I didn’t report the second one soon enough? Well how can that excuse be accepted? Both transactions were reported on the first available day able to get hold of the fraud team and both reported at the same time!! Conveniently for them the transactions were made on a weekend - I couldn’t reach anyone on the fraud line until Monday but I immediately froze my debit card on the Sunday. I have today tried to call Giftzee again, the number advertised doesn’t work and their ‘follow me’ on Facebook doesn’t either. I wanted to query what it was that I supposedly ordered back in June and to ask them why they’d not think a £250 purchase of cake slices wasn’t unusual and marginally suspicious?!! So I’ve now spent 2 hrs talking with my bank and having them re-open a case to get my money back. Livid to say the least - wish I lived near their location, I’d be door knocking for sure.

Don't use! They took a large sum of money from my account! I used them 2 months ago so they must have stored my details. Reported them! Wouldn't answer my calls/emails. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered something for Fathers Day and was told it would arrive by 16th June.
It still hasn’t I have e-mailed and had no response and neither the mobile or land line numbers are working
Please avoid at all costs, they take your money and you don’t receive your order

Paid for delivery nothing arrived.
No one picks up landline or mobile and non responsive to emails.
Needs removing as a business-seems like they scam people for their money and dont deliver.
I did not want to give a single star!!!

Had a Mother's day gift 3 slices of cake and a mini bag of sweets was a lovely thought but could have bought 3 whole cakes and large sweets for less plus it was late arriving not worth the money avoid

Not even worth 1 star! Ordered Mother’s Day gift which still has not been received! And they have gone radio silent on me!! 😡😡 AVOID!!

The cakes were very disappointing. 2 slices of the same cake were completely different sizes. Zero help from them regarding this problem and constant stalling regarding a refund. AVOID is he best advice I can give
