Do not get involved with this terrible ISP. It is basically a re-incarnation of a previous ISP called Vispa which went bankrupt last year. The director Is James Ormerod and there is a 5 star review for Gig in 2020 by one Mr James Ormerod ! The service is up and down, important stuff disappears from the account portal, telephoning doesn't work, contact form is ignored. Had to cancel twice but still getting hassled for payments. When I finally managed to 'chat' to someone they suggested that I cancel AGAIN ! They finally agreed to sort out cancellation but I am not holding my breath.

They used to be called vispa internet or similar, but went bust. Customer service doesn’t exist as I’ve tried calling, emailing and live chat for 2 weeks now, with one response at the start. Elderly parents have no interest and phone for a month now and they won’t respond so we can understand the problem. If we could change provider then we would.

Gig reported an incident to me on 06.03.26. I have had no service since that date. They are not responding to tickets raised. They are not responding on live chat. They are not responding to call back requests and no updates as to why no service. Trying to speak with someone/anyone is impossible

Finally happy to get new internet. Been with BT and I’ve been having a lot of problems in my bedroom with the internet and I’m glad it is now sorted. My partner also has a lot of issues while playing the Xbox and thank god it’s been sorted. Ethan was great
