Late delivery
I bought tires with installation, and the appointment was made for a specific day. When I arrived for installation, no tires arrived, the appointment was rescheduled for seven days. This is normal, but I lost time and had to plan the day. Is it really that hard to warn via SMS or email?

Very fast and professional customer service. I ordered by confusion wrong size tires. Giga tires provided free FedEx return. Then I ordered right ones and got them installed at Pep Boys near me. All was done fast and simple. Thanks for great tire solutions.

How not to satisfy a Customer
My Shipment got divided once you gave FedEx the shipping order. Three tires arrived as scheduled. The last tire came almost two weeks afterwards. I filed a claim with FedEx to Track my shipment. Every day or every other day I had to call them to find out where is my tire. Suffice to say I finnally got it. I had complained to FedEx and they said they would refund my delivery costs, however I need to file that through Giga Tire. So I filed the request and recieved no follow up... I had to call your customer service line to inquire. The rep had me prove to her I had filed a claim. This is frustrating since you had all the information in front of you already... Then She said FedEx declined the refund, which I find highly suspicious since on their claim records it was noted to refund my costs... After the Rep knew I was upset she said that they will refund half of my shipping costs as a benefit to me. At first, I was mad at FedEx but now I am equally upset about this.

I got my tires at Pep Boys. Problem is that Pep Boys doesnt honor the appointment unless you call them that morning or day before. Too many customers dont show up. So i had to wait 3 hours to get my tires installed even with reservation. Giga Tires should remind both the client and the installer of the appointment and create a confirmation.
