Great tires quick at a great price. I ordered because the price was right, but the service was phenomenal. I knew when they were shipped, where they were, and even got a note the day they were coming. Definitely the kind of experience that makes a repeat customer!

The delivery was terrible 😭 got home and the neighbor had told me there was a delivery at my house and that they were tire and they had just left them out in the opening in the porch anybody could have easily taken the tires , if someone would have taken them would this company would have reimbursed me for the tires or would you have sent new tires or would you have given me a discount for there stupid mistake how's to pay the price

DON'T BUY FROM GIGA TIRE
DON'T BUY FROM GIGA TIRE. I ordered 2 tires and only received 1. The package dimensions in the FedEx tracking are for 1 tire. Giga claims they shipped two and I received two and will not send me a replacement or refund the missing tire. If you call them you get people in India who don't speak English well and can not help you. They also added a "handling charge" which is not visible until you enter your credit card information. Don't waist you money on Giga.

Out of the 4 tires I purchased, 2 were defective and only lasted 10,000 miles. Customer service was a nightmare. After weeks and producing tons of documentation and photos included reports from other repair places that stated the tires were defective, I was told I didn't provide enough photos. Who keeps defective tires for weeks after you've already removed them and taken numerous photos? I will never buy from Gigatires again and rate them a 0!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Gigatires customer service Sucks !!! I paid for my tires on June 10, 2026 at there online store an email was sent saying my order was complete and the tires would be delivered by Friday June 12 - 13 , 2026 via FedEx and my tires shipped out on Sunday June 14, 2026 and didn't get delivered until Wednesday June 17, 2026 I tried to call customer service support about the issue but never got through on the phone. And the same thing happened in the chat box with no response. Don't spend your money at Gigatires.com they lie about when your paid items ship out and there shipping speed is slow and won't refund you for FedEx shipping and handling fees thus your shipping issue will be left unresolved.

The tires I purchased were exactly what I needed. The website told me what was acceptable for my car and gave me an excellent price, comparatively speaking. Turned out to be the exact tires, same brand that were on my car already! Perfect. The only downside was Fed Ex was slow to deliver them due to a holiday.
