Giga Tires: Beat and Switch

Giga Tires is running the classic beat and switch. They lured me in with low prices. After I ordered the tire, they cancelled my order and tried to sell me another tire. Do Not Order from them

Good prices easy ordering

The online ordering process was easy I was able to compare tires and prices for specific performance the scheduling with the Pep Boys was efficient and all set up and everything went well

Very quick

Very quick. My issue was that the picture of my lawnmower tire showed the tire with a rim. Although the description didn’t explicitly state there was no rim, the expectation was from the picture. I had to get an inner tube because the tire’s rubber was so collapsed that even the two strap trick didn’t work.

Great service 10/10

Great service 10/10. Had the exact tires I needed for a rare older vehicle and they came in a really decent time frame, only 2-3 days even, hella good pricing too. Look super nice and were easy to apply! 10/10 will be buying again

Everything went well

Everything went well, except when I got to pepboys, where I had a scheduled appointment through the giga website, they said they didn’t have an appointment for me. But luckily, they were able to still

Extra Fees Added on

The extra fees should have been more obvious during the checkout process and actually give the cost of those extra fees before ringing out. I didn't like seeing the fees added on after checkout.
