Ok-ish in Thailand, slow in Vietnam. Can't do a videocall in Vietnam and at areas where it is more busy (like a football game) it becomes totally useless. I don't recommend Gigatel for these countries.
Absolutely not worth it after doing it online and paying everything is WhatsApp’d to you. The WhatsApp link that is sent to install your esim is literally then flagged by WhatsApp and safari as dangerous and when clicking ignore, it just errors out saying “forbidded” despite googles pathetic AI recommendations this is not a useful or reliable esim provider
Two weeks before my trip to Brazil, I bought two eSIMs. Even the purchase was a nightmare because nothing worked on the website! Upon arriving in Rio, I was surprised to find that neither eSIM card could be activated! I contacted support via WhatsApp, and surprisingly, to this day (three weeks later), I haven't received a reply or any response. Luckily, I got my money back via PayPal! STAY AWAY, they're scammers!
eSIM didn't work at all even though I followed all of the installation instructions and did some troubleshooting. Their FAQs are useless for troubleshooting even though they reference it in their emails. It's been many years since I've purchased an eSIM that was dead on arrival, and Giga.tel got to reset that counter. I'm waiting on them to process a refund for my order before I dispute the charge on my credit card.
Bought an eSIM for Brazil. Since I am using esim.me card, it did not work with my phone even though I followed all Giga.tel guidelines (it has to be activated within Brazil). Their WhatsApp support was attentive and friendly at all times and after some back and forth I got a full refund.
Everything was really clear and the internet worked everywhere I went in Brazil. When I had a question this was answered really quick as well through the Whatsapp service.

I’ve used Giga.tel for the third time recently and was really satisfied all three times. The eSIM QR code arrived within minutes after payment, setup was quick and worked right away on my iPhone.The pricing is also really competitive compared to other eSIM providers I’ve used and coverage has been reliable everywhere I went.
Also had a couple questions about switching devices, and their support team responded quickly and clearly.
Super convenient, great price, fast delivery, and support that actually responds. Will definitely keep using them

Excellent service. I got an eSIM for Brazil and it even came with a local number too. I loaded it on my phone before my international flight and it activated as soon as I arrived. Very good pricing too. Highly recommended.

Our response time is 24 hours but we responded in 18 minutes with the following message "Hi, sorry for the delay. Can you please tel me your order number that appeared on checkout?"
Your reply "No Number. I'm writing a review on trustpilo no its a scam"
We requested you inform the email or phone number used to place the order so we could find your order but you didn't send anything and posted this complaint.
Once you gave us the email used we offered to resolve the problem or issue a full refund and the refund was issued but you still posted and didn't retract the complaint.
Please understand that if you message a company saying you placed an order and don't give any information about the order its completely impossible to give you any form of support.
I appreciate you thanking our support team for resolving the issue but would very much like it that you post a follow up explaining the situation.
