Have rung 3 times now also filled in…

Have rung 3 times now also filled in the form on the internet to get there broadband and no one has rung back I’ve been given a reply with in 48 hours email and no one has been in touch very poor service they can’t even ring a potential customer ,what would it be like if you had a problem ( it’s been over 2 weeks now )

Gigapeak installed within a week and…

Gigapeak installed within a week and took our internet connection from 2MB/s with BT to 80Mb/S up and down. Transformed working from home and kids access to learning. Their customer support has been second to none. The only issue I had once with a plug was rectified by home delivery in less than 60minutes! I was initially concerned with reliability, especially in bad weather, but my anxieties have been completely foundless over the last 2y in all seasons. Top local company with excellent value for money. So pleased I ditched my copper connection and went fully wireless. I have recommended to all our neighbours who have all had similar excellent experiences. Thank you Gigapeak.

Great support for a local community group of volunteers.

Gigapeak provided our Covid community volunteers group with a dedicated phone line for requests for help. The phone line was set up quickly and the system to divert calls etc to different volunteers was very easy to use. It was also easy to speak to Gigapeak staff if we did need to. We are really grateful to Gigapeak for their support and highly recommend them. Thank you, from Hope Community Volunteers.

Excellent service Atlast to find a company that when…

At last to find a company that when they say you matter , they mean it. every aspect of dealing with Gigapeak from installation to any niggles they have been quick and happy to deal with it . They make you feel very comfortable , no jargon or sales pitch, just good old fashioned service in a modern world .

Looking for Internet Connection?

Ive just has these guys around to install the wifi.Its brilliant, so fast and stable. The installation was easy and Alistair was knowledgable and explained everything so even I could understand. Its great to be able to support local business and would definitely recommend.

Alistair installed the' technical'devices........

Alistair installed the' technical' stuff in our home; he was really kind and understanding of my elderly ignorance of the processes involved in connecting my 'Devices ' . He was unfussy , tidy, and left my printer working for the first time since I obtained it ! - all with good humour . Thank you!

Great Service

Great Service. We had an issue with our Broadband that turned out to be our POE adaptor unplugged so not Gigapeaks issue. This was a Sunday evening so I posted a ticket via there customer portal. I got a call within a few minutes. Problem diagnosed and sorted. Very impressive service.

My connection to BT is via a very long…

My connection to BT is via a very long length of copper, which is not only slow but also prone to accidents and encroaching vegetation. Moving to Gigabit was my only chance of getting decent speeds.
I have never been disappointed. A little frustrated maybe in the past but no longer.
Over the last 2 years I have had only one brief unplanned outage and few planned outages.
I have had 2 periods of a day or so when connection speeds dropped enough to impact my work/hobby. They were investigated promptly and fixed shortly after .... and they were not straightforward causes!
I am very happy with the service I receive.

5 star service…

My internet has improved greatly since the installation. Communication is very good with advisory messages in advance if maintenance is being carried out. One day when I thought my connection was a little shaky I got a call saying they thought my speeds were slow. They asked if they could investigate and fixed a problem there and then. Good service and customer care.

Living in a rural location

Living in a rural location, I had always been nervous about reliance on telephone lines. With Gigapeak, we have not only cut out that reliance but we have achieved a much stronger and faster Broadband connection. I am delighted to be dealing with a business "on the doorstep".

Personable efficient service

Fast effective and efficient broadband delivered by a highly personable and personalised provider . Working from home has required all of this in a neighbourhood not known for good WiFi connection but Gigapeak have delivered an excellent product that’s made day to day working and home life a lot easier

Outdoor Centre internet and WiFi connection

We struggled for so many years with BT for our internet connection, team’s meetings were never possible! Gigapeak came round said they could do all we asked and did all we asked. The installation engineer was good, knew what he was doing, a clean and tidy instalation and adjusted things to our requirements.
We now have 105mb down and 95 up plus a working WiFi system that handled 35 on line at the same time.
