My order was delayed despite it was on stock on the webside.

I asked if it was possible to speed up the delevery.
It was personnel delivered at my adresse short after.

Deceptive delivery times

I guess my Danish isn't as good as I thought I was. I thought "på lager" means "in stock" and "GIGAPRO tilstræber at afsende ordre indgået inden kl. 17 samme dag" means that it will likely be shipped the same day. I did not think that it meant I would then get an email saying "Din ordre er nu bestilt hos vores leverandør. Varerne bliver sendt direkte fra vores fjernlager og du burde modtage pakken i løbet af nogle dage.", all while the item I ordered would still display as "på lager" the next day.

Update: got an Amazon delivery with the product I ordered

All information regarding stock and prices comes from our supplier, therefor for us take little bit time to deliver products.
That’s the reason why our prices are mostly better and cheaper than competitors.

tl;dr: Outstanding customer service; Would definitely recommend

recommend. Without a doubt the best shopping experience I’ve had in years. Super helpful, dedicated and dishing out quick and reasonable solutions.

Got a notice regarding the item I had ordered’ stating it wasn’t available. That it was otherwise on back order but unfortunately had been discontinued by the manufactory. Was promptly presented two alternatives, one immediately available and another from somewhere late into the month. At the end of the day we pretty much had a deal. Got refund, made a simple transfer and they made a new invoice. Picked it up about a week ago. Item arrived without complications, got multiple update along the way. The minor thing with their website showing inventory statue as’ on shelf when it should have been on back order, it’s too bad but honestly I don’t really mind. Especially not with consultants and low chance for headaches in precipitation’ like this. Highly recommended.
