Getting access to my account through…

Getting access to my account through app is not good supposed to get an email with code but can take over 5 mins to receive which is way too long when you need into account urgently

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, once they have your money they don't care. I am unable to speak to anyone to report a new medical issue they just say in email we will phone you back 2 days and still waiting 07877755280

On the day I called to make a simple…

On the day I called to make a simple amendment to the names of the people covered on the policy (mistaken entry). I was on hold for over one hour and in the end I gave up. There was a quicker response on line to the chat line. The chat line did resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. However, the call experience has left me nervous.
