Very very easy to deal with and practically did everything for me, all the chasing. Abby was amazing with the frequent calls and text updates. Really hope to deal with these guys again.

I have mixed feelings about Giggs. Depending who you are dealing with and why depends on the experience. Whenever I asked a question I never got a response without chasing. But when they wanted something from me I was constantly being called and messaged for an answer. I also felt quite harassed at one point because they were trying to convince me that the surveyors report was over cautious. I ended up getting independent companies in to check things over and they confirmed what the surveyor had said. Once things had been agreed between us and the vendor I then dealt with Natalia mostly and she was amazing. She kept me in the loop at least once a day with progress and kept contacting various people in the chain above to push the completion through for the agreed date.

Absolutely brilliant, Joe & Natalia went above and beyond to help the move along and supported throughout. I'd give 10* if I could, great customer service and business. Thank you Giggs & Co

Everyone at Giggs & McGrath have been so incredible from start to finish but a huge shout out to Katie Sibley & Sophie Burman for always remaining positive, professional, calm and always so lovely. When I bought my last property I was very impressed with the Giggs sales team and although I didn’t eventually buy through them I knew I would use them as my selling agent the next time I sold. This happened in June 2021. My faith in them was confirmed. Their sales team was excellent the whole way through and they quickly found me a buyer. Then what really impressed me was their dedicated after sales service. They were on top of my sale the whole time especially when we hit some rocky patches. The other nice thing was I wasn’t dropped by the sales team when the after sales team took over they always had time for me. They are not the cheapest but in my view I couldn’t have had a better Agent on my side . I will be using again next time I sell.

Very disappointed with Giggs and McGrath. They WILL lie point blank to your face to get a sale. Once I’d pulled out of the purchase, the agent I was dealing with didn’t even call me to see what’s up, tells you all you need to know. If they tell you ground rent and service charge is one thing, it’s going to be at least double. They’ll tell you what you want to hear and not what you need to hear. No honesty, no integrity, very poor outfit of an estate agent. I’d avoid and go with a company that has a long standing history as a successful and reputable agent, not these new age chumps. Some one call rogue traders.

After doing my due diligence on estate agents with a solid track record of sales in my local area (Barton Hills), I met with representatives from 5 companies for valuations, of which one was Giggs & Bell. A close friend of mine recommended them and they certainly didn't disappoint.

Derrick, Denzil, Jordan and Eloise all did a fantastic job in helping me to sell the house at a price that the other 4 estate agents said was extremely unlikely to be achieved - Giggs & Bell were the only company that really showed any confidence in being able to do this. They were fractionally more expensive than the other 4 estate agents, but this was more than covered by the increased sale price!

I made lots of requests for amendments/additions on the house details and photos - in fact I was probably a bit of a pain - but they never once showed any sign of losing their patience with me!

This company has a very thorough knowledge of the Luton market - and are very passionate about the quality of service they provide. There was always somebody to answer my telephone calls and I can't remember any emails taking more than 1-working day for a response.

Derrick and Denzel have been working in the Luton property market for many years and I found them to be totally reliable and trustworthy. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend them to all.

I called to inquire about a property and an extremely unhelpful and unprofessional letting agent answered the phone. She kept saying hang on a minute I’m sending emails... She was very off hand when I asked questions about my cat and couldn’t be more unhelpful if she tried.

I recently sold and purchased through Giggs & McGrath - they were utterly brilliant. Their communication was fantastic and 2 month from the date we listed on market, we moved into our new home. They sold our house in less than a week. Declan especially was great, he never stops working! Would not hesitate to use again or to recommend.

I cannot recommend Giggs & Bell more highly. I know that I would not use anyone else. We have now completed the sale and purchase and delighted with the service we received from. Thank you Derrick and Denzil and the entire team -
