The changing bag you need!!!

Great website and easy to navigate. The shipping was efficient. Love my changing bag. Such fantastic quality, wish I had bought for my other babies. I will definitely recommend.

Great customer service

I bought a baby bag (Luxe 2) earlier this week and absolutely love it! It fits everything I need for my newborn and feels really well made.

After I ordered, I noticed the bag had gone on sale, so I contacted the them to ask about it. They got back to me the same day and immediately processed a partial refund for the difference in price.

Brilliant customer service, quick response, and a genuinely great product. Couldn’t be happier!

Great bag, amazing customer service

I purchase the Luxe (2.0) changing bag - the bag itself was wonderful and I received lots of compliments! It’s roomy and fits everything I need for my baby, whilst not sacrificing on style. However, after several uses, the stitching on the zip started to come away. I contacted customer service as the bag was still within the 1 year warranty period, and a lovely lady named Wendy came back to me more or less immediately apologising and offering to honour the warranty and replace the bag. The replacement bag was shipped that same day, and arrived within 2 days. I was incredibly impressed with Wendy and the customer service in general. I highly recommended purchasing from Gigil - I would definitely shop there again.

Still orderless

I am yet to receive my order as I believe it’s held up at customs. I’m unsure of why the necessary information wasn’t handed over when the items were sent, but I truly hope I receive it before my baby arrives.

Second time buying from Gigil and their…

This is my second time purchasing from Gigil, and I'm always impressed by the great quality and stylish design of their products. I ended up returning the bag only because it was smaller than I needed. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the return policy — it's a bit disappointing to have to pay for returns, especially given the higher price point of the items. Most premium brands offer free delivery and returns once you spend a certain amount, so I expected something similar here.

Amazing

As a new mum of twins i needed a bag big enough for everything that comes with twins. Not only is this bag very pretty it is also amazing and exactly what i needed.

Do not buy from here

Unfortunately due to the time that has elapsed since your purchase, the broken zip and tear on the bag are not classed as a manufacture defect, and we are unable to replace the bag. Rips, snags and tears are considered accidental damage/wear and tear and are not covered under the warranty.

We do apologise for the disappointment and hope that you have been able to source a repair and make use of your bag again.

Fantastic product and customer service…

Fantastic product and customer service from Wendy.
I got a changing bag for Christmas and loved it so ordered the matching buggy organiser. When I got the delivery notification it has been delivered to my old address as I hadn't updated it on PayPal! All my fault. It was returned to sender and the company very quickly sent a new one the next day. The communication with Wendy was excellent. Thank you
