Absolute waste of money
Absolute waste of money. Purchased 2 x 1GB cruise and Americas Esims for two mobiles on MSC seaside. Not fit for purpose. Both phones connect for thirty seconds on 4G and then get kicked off network and no signal. Doesn’t matter where on the ship or land. Don’t purchase and use the money for payment towards the ships overpriced internet.

Unreliable service and connection
Unreliable service and connection - I often didn't have data service while the group traveling with me did, and when I did have service, it would often drop or be very weak and slow. This was free as part of my credit card benefits, but I would not use again and will opt to pay for a more reliable alternative next time I travel.

Poor service and poor user experience based on low 5G avaliability and lots of 4G and 3G network avaliability. Hard to make ir work on first use.

It takes too long to get connected when…
It takes too long to get connected when I arrived in Taiwan. When I use sailey esim once I arrived I get connected instantly but for gigsky I had to wait like around 30 min. I hope you fix this issue. At one point I thought it didn't work and was about to purchase esim from other companies.

You get what you pay for. The free UK eSIM provided based on my Visa card benefits was slow and frequently would not work while in London. I had to buy one from another provider to ensure I always had data.
