This is the best software for independent recruiters and small companies! Everything that you need is available in the free version, and they are consistently updating it to include more features. The walkthrough makes it easy to get started, and there are videos for more in-depth instructions and explanations. I've had to contact customer service a couple times, and both times they have been extremely quick and helpful.

OUTSTANDING, I signed up as I was looking for an ''easy to use'' crm, I went straight into it and find it not only one of the most simple to use databases I have seen, its capability is brilliant. This was even before I had a call and shown some other features that I wasn't aware off, then to be told with a brilliant meeting with Luke that it is going to be improved.

Not only value for money but it truly is a gem of a CRM

A no brainer CRM for Recruiters. Really easy to use. All the key features that a recruiter starting out would need. Even a more established business would be able to use it no problem. Customer service is rapid and helpful. I will be recommending this to all my recruiter friends

Great CRM with really good features on both the "free" and "Paid" subscriptions. Very user-friendly, with helpful videos on the dashboard to show you how to navigate/use everything.
If you are a start-up agency or recruiter, this is a brilliant option. It has all the features you need, and you can start with a free account. Even the "Plus" account is an amazing price for what you get!
Great support from Luke and the team, and some features that I mentioned would be beneficial are already in the pipeline for development.

Great platform for those setting up an agency / recruiting and wanting to keep costs reasonable. Offers same functionality with projects and candidate ATS and client CRM and job management / pipelining as the much more expensive platforms. Easy to use. Free website and job posting feature is a bonus.

I researched the market, and found platforms with varying functionality and pricing and as a solo recruiter I just needed something to get me started but with a platform that does the job!

This is exactly what I got with Giig Hire! Personable customer services team, easy to get a response to any questions using the chat function, and more importantly you can use it for free until you need more functionality at which point you can upgrade but still at an affordable price!

Probably one of the most user friendly sites to work around the system!

Untill now im happy with the free version. I want to test out if the plus+ is worth it to buy and use this forever. but think it is. after getting the 1 month trial for free because of this review, i will let you guys know how it went
