There's no other word for this but FRAUD!
I placed a custom order over 3 months ago and they still haven't fulfilled most of the features that I paid extra for, even after they keep requiring me to send the rings back to them for revision. Terrible communication. Fake gemstones, substandard platinum, incorrect sizing, poor craftsmanship. I'll be filing complaints with BBB and FTC.

We strongly disagree with the statements made in this review and would like to clarify the facts for transparency.
This was a custom, made-to-order ring, not a stock item. As clearly communicated prior to purchase, custom orders require production time and cannot be redesigned or remade overnight. Throughout the process, the customer changed design requirements multiple times (four revisions) after production had already begun. Despite this, we accommodated revisions and requested the ring be returned so adjustments could be made correctly.
All materials used in our jewelry are authentic and accurately represented. Any claim of “fake gemstones” or “substandard platinum” is incorrect and unsupported. We can provide full email correspondence, invoices, material specifications, and revision records demonstrating transparency, craftsmanship standards, and good-faith efforts to resolve concerns.
Communication was maintained throughout the process, and each revision and limitation of custom work was explained in writing. Unfortunately, custom jewelry cannot be converted into an entirely new design without restarting production, which was also clearly communicated.
We stand behind our work and our materials. If the reviewer believes this review was posted in error or wishes to resolve this matter, we invite them to contact us directly with their order details so it can be reviewed formally.
Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer Service! Avoid shopping here. They lied to me about ordering a gem a specific shade and then refused to answer my follow up questions after stringing me along for over a month!
