Products are great. However, I had to spend considerable time checking the website certificate and deciding whether or not to proceed as I got messages from my security software saying the certificate issuing authority was untrusted.

The welcome 10% off was only applicable after I placed my order, which is basically false advertising.
It would’ve saved me £7 odds which would’ve been been better in my pocket
