Firstly by not fobbing the public off and putting the onus in Amazon. Not taking responsibility for the delivery being sent to some Neighbours dustbin!. Not answering the phone. Amazon aren't much better.

I have made two orders with this company recently and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The first order of work gear was well priced, delivered quickly and was just as described.
The second order which was much larger but again, as above, all good.
Even though I messed up a few sizes, one email to them explaining the situation, obtained the returns address, I returned the wrong items to them and within ten days the correct items were back with me. All good and many thanks.
