Frustrated!
I needed to know urgently approximately when delivery might be. My email had a blank where the consignment number should have been so I could not use tracking. I followed instructions and rang the appropriate number. The recorded message was not relevant. In desperation I sent an email which received no reply. In the midst of all this the parcel arrived.

Quality and Customer service.
Excellent quality meat and equal quality customer service. Steaks chicken and steak pies are big favourites in our house. Had a few orders now and only had one issue which was RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY.

Recommend to me , Good website easy to navigate, top notch proper meat way above supermarket standards but still at reasonable prices , delivery prompt
Only little issue I have is the polystyrene packaging, hope they looking at something more eco friendly.
