good product bad service
first of all, excellent clothing. slow fashion at its best- high quality construction and materials. however, i agree with the other reviewer that their customer service is “shockingly” poor. i bought a bathing suit a month and a half out from a vacation, it came— such a lovely piece! but too small. i tried to exchange it. it took them a month to process the exchange, 2 weeks of which was just me following up and radio silence. ultimately went on vacation without the suit and took the refund. super disappointed— truly was so excited about the piece! it’s actually crazy a brand with this quality of garment and scale of following has such poor service. love their stuff but will probably only buy from stockists or secondhand now to avoid the risk of dealing with their team directly
