Had a long experience with selling my property and buying another. Louise at Gilson Bailey was very supportive, and dealt with all my queries and problems with a calm manner, as well as being very approachable and ready to sort everything out. Especially helpful at stressful times.

Gilson Bailey dealing with my rental property since 2021 and I always received a fantastic service.
Dealing with the new tenants, property inspection and also sending me reminders about the Gas safety and an other legal checks.
The Manager Helen Hall and her team Daniel Bush, Ellen King, Stacey Davy, Alexandra Hartley ( sorry if I missing someone) are fantastic.
Definitely I recommend Gilson Bailey for Lettings or Sales as I also Bought my residential property from them.

I passed the checks for a rental property but pulled out due to the fact Gilson Bailey shared my data without my consent with a company called "One Utility", who kept calling and texting me. I then found out One Utility had contacted council tax and Anglian water, before I had even signed up with them, or signed the Tenancy agreement, to notify them of my moving date. Anglian water set up an account which I then had to phone them to complain about. Absolutely outrageous, and surely illegal?

Don’t be misled by their current rating. My experience with this agency during a house purchase last year was a complete waste of time due to an unprofessional approach and rude staff. Most importantly, they didn’t even pass our offer on to the seller—we only realised this when we later saw the asking price reduced on Rightmove. To make matters worse, they then submitted the *wrong* offer amount on our behalf. Unbelievable.

I used Gilson Bailey in Norwich for the sale of my dads house after he moved into care. Louise was excellent, keeping me updated on the progress and chasing updates from the other parties when needed. A seamless and excellent service where they also took the last days meter readings saving me a 400 mile round trip. Thanks to everyone involved but a very special thanks to Louise.

Very positive experience with the sales team, property sold very quickly.

I cannot recommend Gilson Bailey enough, we bought our bungalow through them and and had no problems at all. Louise the aftersales team was fantastic always keeping us updated and chasing my own solicitor, I'm not moving ever again but if I did i wouldn't hesitate to use them.

Best estate agent I have dealt with . Sold 2 properties that had previously failed to sell with other agents . Fees reasonable and no long tie in to contract . Tom was excellent negotiating the sale price and Louise in the after sale team kept the sales moving nicely to completion .

I have always found them to be helpful and friendly. They were assiduous in keeping in communication with me , and also supportive during this process, which can be protracted and stressful at times.
I can unreservedly recommend them. I’m now happily settled in my flat and would use both their buying and selling services again.
