Amendment to negative review 19th October 2021
On 19th October 2021, I wrote a negative review regarding Gilsonlavisart. In short, 2 paintings were ordered and not received. Today, we have received an email from Gilson Lavis apologising for the failure. It appears that he has been indisposed due to personal issues and was unaware of our situation. Clearly, Mr Lavis is concerned about his customers, demonstrated by the fact he has taken the trouble to write personally. He deserves 5 star for customer communication. In view of this I submit this amendment for the consideration of other potential buyers.
