Ordered product in July. Never received. No response to emails . Or Insta. I see comments are disabled on Facebook.

Ordered, order was confirmed, send a few mails because weeks later still no message when it will be send or received, I ask for a refund, but stil no recation. On the website and mail only an email adres is mentioned

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the product and immediately canceled. I have since then sent five emails with no response. They told me that the product has been shipped through an email despite me having canceled it. There’s no one to contact and I want my money back. This company is a scam. I spoke to gimbowl pro who told me that this is a copy of their product and their business model. Stay away from this fraud!!’nn

Camera never worked. Zero help from customer support. I wish that I had known about the bad reviews before I bought it. Stay away from this product!

The product cost $75 it took forever to arrive. After it arrived I found it was very jerky in its movements. I contacted them via email and instagram and they didn't reply to my request for refund. They just waited me out on the refund period by giving me suggestions. Once I told them finally that I do not want to try suggestions, I want a refund, they said it was past the 30 day return window.

I ordered my product back in early February and was so excited to use it for content creation for 2 e-commerce companies. The product never arrived. It has been almost 3 months. I have left voicemails, messaged on Instagram, sent numerous emails - no one returns them, meanwhile they’re commenting on posts on Instagram constantly. There are a ton of other commenters on their page saying the same thing so clearly this is a regular occurrence. The customer service is awful. Wish I could review the product too ... but I don’t think I’m ever going to receive it at this point.

Gimbowl is supposed to track you as you move around. That part it did. But when it does, It makes a buzzing sound that sounds like the motor working when it turns. It’s absolutely horrible and useless because of that noise. I returned it within its 30 day window. And had to pay my own shipping to return it. Customer service said that they should have provided a return label but no one did. Instead they told me it was my responsibility to return the item. I stupidly tried it a 2nd tine and again it did the same. And I ended up having to pay shipping again. In all the item cost $64. And I paid $25 to return them. Don’t get this. It sucks and customer service is worse. They only work through email and Instagram and no one knows what the next is doing. I would give it negative stars if I could.

I’ve been waiting two months for mine. When I contacted to company to tell them I was moving cities they said be patient. I’ve since moved and they will not refund my money! Terrible customer service!!

Bought the pro version of Gimbowl. It arrived relatively quickly. Set it up and tried it out. It was a little slow when you are close to the device. It worked better when you are more than 1.5m away from the device. We had one issue where the device did not turn off. Tried to contact customer service but they did not respond. After a week, I found that the hole on the left side of the USB port is a reset button by trial and error. It is not labelled, nor is it in the FAQs on the website.

I thought it would take a very long time to ship.. Got mine 3 days and the device works as described.

I think this product is perfect for my video calling and video podcasting needs. Highly recommend to anyone who interacts daily over video calls/mobile video and wants professional grade stable video quality.

Impossible to get a refund. Product works but only "just", does not fit my needs. Customer service is nonexistent. Many emails and messages and no response.

Wish I could say it's great but I still haven't received mine in over 2 months. Many emails sent with no response. Called the phone number on their website, left a message, still no response. Tried to get support on their Facebook page. They ask for my Order number. I give it to them and I don’t hear anything back. You’re lucky if you get your unit, otherwise it seems like your on your own. I would hate to think what you’ll go through if you need warranty work. Just thought you should how it is, up front. Save your money people they don’t work. We tried to refund and they said we had to pay postage, we have already wasted enough money! Then they said there was nothing more they could do and stop replying. Just taking peoples money for a crap product. Get a Pivo instead

Got the unit. Could not open the bottom to put batteries in. Called several times to see if I was doing something wrong but no answer. No support. Returned the item, they said that a refund has been issued but it never hit my bank. Don't waste your money. Junk scam Finally, got my money back.

The junk arrived today. The app works but the gumbowl doesn't even though it's paired. Absolutely a waste of money!!!!!

Their website is fake. All reviews are 5*, which is incorrect. They removed my 1* review. Biggest waste of $40! After numerous attempts to install it on my iPhone 11, I finally got the app to work, which the iTunes reviews are all similar to mine- crappy app that is horrible quality. The images are so bad- super grainy and poor quality, the device itself is cheaply made too. Lightweight plastic that I’m sure will break within a few short uses. The device is loud & clicks when it moves, and is NOT steady at all- very jerky and will randomly go the opposite way of where I’m walking. Save your $40 & put it towards a better quality gimbal!
