Special ordered accommodated for and very quickly without compromising quality
I emailed to ask if they could print on both sides, as this wasn’t currently an option on the website. Antony replied quickly and offered me the option of a special order. Received my order yesterday and I’m really pleased with them. I ordered these for a team social event I’ve organised for my hockey team, and I can’t wait to show the guys on the day. Great service, great product. Will definitely use them again if and when I want more. 👌

Really poor quality logo balls
Really poor quality logo balls. Don’t trust these reviews, I bought 50 ish balls all with my company logo on. I played yesterday on a course with no trees or paths. I hit exactly 14 shots in these 3 holes. I looked on the 4th tee and could no longer see the markings. Just to check this wasn’t a one off ball, I tried again, with 2 different balls. Same situation. The logo last 3-4 holes. I order srixons, pro v1, Taylor made and some other balls. They are all the same. I contacted and was told they had no interest in accepting a return or partial refund. So now I’m left with effectively normal balls for the price of custom logo balls. Waste of money. (The photo is the ball after 3 holes.

It’s usually nicer when you get a review from a fellow golf industry, slash competitor. We’re sorry you are disappointed, but we don’t claim that the print stays on the ball forever, golf balls are covered with lacquer to protect them from weather, hard ground, and from when you hit trees, paths, etc. although I’m certainly not accusing you of doing that, god forbid! Anyway, as the personalisation guidelines state clearly, the printing is not permanent, it will generally last a couple of rounds but if you hit things with your ball it will damage the print and it can sometimes come off. Again, as per the purchasing terms, which are clearly stated on the website, we cannot offer refunds on the balls because they are useless to anyone with your logo on them. As we have already said, if you want balls where the logo has to stay on them forever then you need to have them done during manufacture, which we can do, but it’s a longer process (12 weeks) and requires a minimum order of 48 dozen.
