Absolutely terrible. Ordered from this company and didn’t receive the item and still haven’t received a refund! Keep emailing and now emails are coming back saying ‘unable to deliver your email’ recipient no known.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order on June 29, sent/ received correspondences to CS that I had not received the shipment (last communication was in July 29). I sent a follow email today to support at gimmegimme.us and the email bounced back. From what everyone else is saying I’m not alone in not receiving product. They blew up from a promotion on instagram then didn’t ship out items and now are no where to be found.

avery bad experience!! I just called paypal as well today to dispute charge after trying to reach out gimmegimme.us. I actually took time to read reviews before buying product. Now will never know if product was true! Sad as my grandkids would have loved the bouncy slide! Do not buy from them
Scam site. I had same experience as others posting here. I'm glad I used PayPal so I was able to recover funds.
TOTAL SCAM!! I am a complete fool for not doing the due diligence. Now it's time to deactivate the card number and get a new one. One star is too many.

I ordered a backyard waterpark and my order was never fulfilled.
They replied to my emails questioning why the tracking number was not updated.
"Due to high volumes of orders we are behind"
They finally agreed to give me a refund but it never came.
Now their site says they were screwed over by their china supplier

My product never arrived, the refund came...yay! Then their bank DECLINED to pay the refund. Then I get an email saying "oh so sorry! We were scammed so now you won't get your money back..." Ugh. So angry. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
Got emails saying my product was in high demands..then an email was ready to ship and now email is undeliverable and no product ..no refund. What a gimmick. It was a rolling water slide for my grandkids. It is hard to trust on line products. . they will take your money and not deliver 😡
Disgusting. I ordered a water slide for my kids. It never arrived. I cancelled the order. They say the refund has been issued but my PayPal account says the refund has been cancelled and money has not reached my bank account. I've tried raising a dispute with PayPal but their system shows the money received, when it wasn't!! Completely screwed and can't do anything about any of it it seems. I'm a parent carer on limited funds and this was meant to be a treat for my kids. What a joke.
June 23rd I ordered a large water slide for my child and it never arrived. I asked for a refund and the transaction BOUNCED twice! I received an email tonight saying the company is closing!! They claim they were scammed but I can’t believe they’re THAT stupid considering they seemingly own 4 businesses according to BBB. I’ve submitted a claim in Paypal with hopes they’ll be able to reimburse me the $130 I paid. Brutal and sickening that we all got scammed!
Ordered a water park for my boy who is 3,in June still nothing, and the 150$bucks was paid check delivery, with my order number and it says no such number, not in system yet what!I'm not impressed and my son is upset about it, don't let the ads fool you they are not a trusted source for anything!

Ordered an item (mobile mount for motorcycle) after an Instagram-ad. One month later a package arrived with nothing in it but a tiny heart called a jewelry on the description tag outside the package, littery worthless. Been in contact with the support centre and there is just caos. "Hi, my name is Jennifer, what can I do for you? Best wishes Erick." is a typical messege. After 3 emails and another 3 weeks delay they still don't have the item in stock, and won't pay the money back. Totally untrusty, stay away!
Do not even give them a dime. It’s a total scam. And they keep stringing me along for a refund so I have to go through PayPal to open a claim. They don’t have any products to ship. It’s a complete and total scam.
Do not order from this company, it is a scam. You will not receive any products and they won't reply to your refund request.
