Always a quick and smooth process
Always a quick and smooth process. Just the delivery lets it down. DPD are hopeless. I was going to be away for the delivery time so upon dpd’s message, I told them of my safe space. Got the confirmation they received that instruction & it would be followed. It wasn’t. Delivery driver left it at my front door in full view of neighbours and passers by. Pressed my doorbell and left. Didn’t care if anyone was in to retrieve it. I’d complain to dpd but tried that before and next to utterly useless to get any response. Please use another delivery service.

The online ordering system was easy to use and emails meant that I was kept up-to-date with delivery. Why it dropped by one star was that I received 2 boxed in a plastic envelope but the plastic envelope was ripped at delivery and the boxes were loose. Contents were unaffected.

Love the product, exceptional customer service
Had a Strawberry Bothy gin at a restaurant and fell in love. This stuff is as rare as unicorn horns. Spent a few days searching every liquor store for it, but finally decided to contact Bothy directly and find out how to get some. They offered to have my bottles at their office for me, but I was no where near them. Then they overnight shipped to me at my hotel. The Bruntsfield Hotel totally screwed it up and I did not get my order and flew back to Canada without my purchase. Bothy got it all straightened out and was able to refund me. A+ product and A+++ customer service. I am grateful, although butt hurt I didn't get to bring home my purchase (not at all their fault).

Gin bought was a gift for someone living in another part of the UK. Absolutely delighted with the delivery , it was on time for my son- in- laws birthday. Have not tried the gin yet , so can’t comment on taste yet.
