Excellent Customer service
We had booked a Gin Bothy experience but due to family illness we were unable to make. The Bothy Team were so understanding when we weren’t able to rearrange another date and instead transferred our Bothy Experience into a Gift Voucher that I was able to use online.

Damaged packaging
