Honestly the best service in my opinion... I have bought leashes and harnesses and toys from them and I have only had one complaint... That they don't have some absolutely gorgeous harnesses in my dog's size... Chewy loves their squeaky toys... Ginger and bear contacted me about my most recent purchase when they thought I had bought the wrong harness size and we're ready at hand to give suggestions for other types of harnesses... Once everything was confirmed, I got the items the very next day, hand delivered... They also included 3 poop bag rolls as a little gift... It doesn't get better than this, truth be told...

After ordering an item from overseas there was a slight mix up from the supplier which resulted in a small delay, however the communication from the team at Ginger & Bear was great. We were kept in the loop with no prompting and when our item arrived we were very satisfied. There was even a wee gift to acknowledge the slight delay. Great service and I highly recommend shopping with them!

Service is great and the owner will do her best to ensure the product is exactly what you’re looking for. Even little details like informing you that excess strap on harness not holding its shape well so better to size down etc.

Every package also comes with a handwritten note which is very sweet too.
