Appalling costumer service. I love the products, but whenever I had to contact them for their client support it absolutely didn’t match the quality I expected. After experiencing the ungluing of one of their pieces (which I didn’t expect since they claim heirloom quality), they told me there was nothing they could do and later simply ghosted me. Very disappointed to say the least.
