On the brink of retirement
On the brink of retirement, and with a huge debt hanging over my head, I was worried that my retirement would never happen. With thanks to Ginsberg Gingras, I now have that option. Sending messages to my counselor but takes WEEKS before having any answers!! I sure don't recommend !! I had such a nice experience in Ottawa but here in Gatineau, the services are very poor... The establisment is disorganised... They had to change locals for repairs and updates but never even bother to warn the customers to direct us for our appointment... And that happened twice, not just once!!! The answer: "oups, i forgot to warn you in the email"... Both times!!!!

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. My consultant was very helpful, he explained everything I needed to know. He explained to me the difference between bankruptcy and a Consumer Proposal, it helped me make my decision. He was always available when I needed to talk or had questions. The service, the people at the firm are a 5 ⭐️.
