Prompt delivery. Items as requested. Perhaps delivery charge was more than some competitors'? Nonetheless, experience exceeds that received from several other online suppliers in this market.

Nylons were way to long for a small. Returned them with their consent to be refunded return postage to UK for $20. They reneged on the refund of the return postage but got their product back. Do not buy from these disreputable company. Was forced to have Visa refute charge.

Save yourself time and money and don’t order from this company. 15 reviews are not relevant. I have ordered 2 times from them, and every time was a problem with the sizes. First time two products of S size and different colours had actually completely different real sizes (one was rather a M, but I decided to keep due to the hustle of returns). I therefore understood that their sizes are rather large so I would be safe to o order knickers and stockings in size S. The two pairs of knickers came as real sizes XXXS and XS, one was like some children or doll knickers, the other one a real XS. The stockings were something of XL size. They asked for pictures when I contacted for refund. Then they said to send them back the knickers (in my own expense) and they will analyse and decide about any refund. Even though my pictures included a measurement tape and the defaults were obvious.

Right length in Size 12.5 ,so the Stockings are not short.

Prompt dispatch and delivery, but found the stockings were slightly long, even though i ordered the small size. Maybe this is the slight imperfection as bought as imperfects.

Fast delivery and beautiful stockings, will buy again.

After ordering from Gio, I was originally not happy as the order took a long time to arrive. After mailing Customer Service a couple of times and having a call from a very helpful and polite customer service representative, I was happy to hear that they know of certain issue and have been working hard to fix them. I had also received my order. Many small companies are struggling due to the economy and rising costs but it was clear that Gio are trying to put things right and have been extremely helpful. Their product is awesome and extremely high quality - give them a try and I am sure you will love their range!

As Gio are supposed to be the brand to buy for quality stockings I decided to order 6 pairs of stockings at their special offer price. An email came through to say that my order was being processed. I waited two days for Gio to send the FedEx tracking number but nothing, so much for their delivery within two days, so I tried phoning Gio, who BTW trade under the name of Sophisticated Legs. Every time I tried to call, their rickety automated answer machine says "Can not answer at this time leave a message" no company introduction so one can't tell its actually Gio who is answering, luckily I did know, so after after phoning twice and leaving a message each time I've not had a call back, extremely frustrating.
So if you need to contact them for any reason BEWARE ! customer service is non-existent!
My order has now arrived, but regarding the quality? Well the first pair have one leg slightly longer than the other and not well finished, not a good start considering that I purchased 6 pairs. Having now tried on the 6, which all have problems, I can say that their quality control is absolutely hopeless. I think they are seconds which are being sold as perfects, no wonder they don't answer the phone. The risk of buying them at the prices they cost without any customer service is no laughing matter, £200 up the creek.
I CERTAINLY WON'T 'EVER' BE ORDERING ANYTHING ELSE FROM GIO ! That's the only positive thing about the whole dreadful situation!

First time I have bought stockings from this company in 3 years, wow quality is horrendous, bought charleston perfects a month ago, put them on today and they had numerous pulls, and the colour was blotchy, will never buy again from here.

Really bad customer service, and the delivery was awful. It took around 4 weeks to get my order. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday.

Bought 3 pairs of stockings, but one pair is not the right size. One stocking is 9 and the other one is 8.5. I sent many emails to see if I could get a refund or at least if I can send that pair back and get another one, but I never got any answer. I even tried on Instagram, as they are pretty active over there…
I already sent an email few weeks before I decided to buy lingerie to them, to have several informations about the gio boxes, and I didn’t get any answer neither.

If you don’t have any problems with your order, I think it’s a good place to buy lingerie, but if you have the misfortune to have a problem with your order, then don’t expect anything from them, they will not help you at all.
It’s sad because their stockings are really beautiful but we will never order again.

I recently attended an open day at the Gio factory were we purchased several pairs of nylons , the three that i have opened were not at all suitable, the sizing is totally wrong and one pair had a ladder in the toe .
I have sent numerous emails with very little response as I want to know if these are being sold as perfects or imperfects!
I attend many stockings themed events and I certainly won’t be recommending Gios stockings..
Customer service you really need to get your act together!!
