I ordered from Giovoss April 13

I ordered from Giovoss April 13, and still havent been able to track or receive what I ordered. I tend to think this is a scam. I understand that some things would be delayed because of the covid crises, but I doubt that is why I haven't received what I ordered. Dont order anything from them!!

Terrible quality

Terrible quality, super slow delivery & excuse after excuse as to why they hadn’t even sent my order after 2 months! I actually threw away one of the two items as it was unwearable when it finally arrived after 4 months!

Scammer Website - Watch out

I have ordered more than 1 month ago and this website keeps answering with the same auto replies and giving me discount codes! Why would i order from you again when you havent even shipped my current order!!

STAY AWAY from this company!!

STAY AWAY from this company!!! THEY ARE DEFINITELY A FRAUD/SCAM. I Place an order on 04-07-20 and they took my money via my PayPal transaction. Then on 4-12-20 they provided me with a USPS tracking number that I could track via the ARRIVE app and USPS tracking number said: 9361269903504714037500

Its now 4-27-20..After sending four emails to Gio Voss and NO response from them, the USPS supervisor told me to report it to my bank and dispute. Sad but these IG, FB business and Ads are RISKY! Always GOOGLE the company and check REVIEWS! This one I overlooked, but the BAD reviews including mines is the TRUTH!

Violated FTC regulations: PLEASE READ

NOTE: I work in E-commerce and know they violated FTC regulations.

I ordered some shirts from them on March 14th, and 6 weeks later, I still have not received my purchase, as well as NO TRACKING INFO.
The link they provided did not work, and I spent two weeks going back-and-forth with Giovoss support just to be told "not to worry", as they refused to process a cancellation or provide a working tracking number. They also told me that they only accepted returns within 60 MINUTES of placing an order.

The fact they didn't provide shipping information within 30 days of placing my order means that they are legally obligated by the FTC's Federal Code of Regulations to either:
A) Offer me an immediate cancellation and refund
B) Get my consent for further shipping delays
Giovoss did neither of these things, which is illegal. For reference, Look up the FTC SEC 435.2

IN ADDITION: Telling me that cancellations are only possible within 60 minutes of placing an order violates the FTC cool-down regulation (you can search for it easily).

To anyone else who has been unfairly treated by this company, please file a complaint against them with the FTC! It's the only tool we consumers have to bring bad actors like this in line. You can file a complaint easily (takes 3 minutes), just search for FTC complaints.

Let's do more than write bad reviews here, let's hold Giovoss accountable!

I ordered 3 shirts and received all 3…

I ordered 3 shirts and received all 3 in perfect condition. However, they do not fit true to size. I wear an XL and decided to gamble and order a XXL and fits perfect. Also shipping was a bit slow, but that’s to no fault of their own due to pandemic that’s gripping the world.

I am more than satisfied with Gio Voss easy to order and good service, whrite and tell me about the order, and after reciving them they whrote again and asked if everything was good. :))
I will buy more from them, very nice clothes !

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. The clothing is poor quality and I had to pay to return the item. They don’t even provide a return shipping label. On top of that, they asked me to track it myself and let them know when they received it...really? They don’t seem very legitimate. I hope I get my money back.
