Amazing service! Joe does such a wonderful job! I wouldn’t use anyone else to clean my windows. 10/10

We’ve been using Joe for years now. Due to his reliable and great service I’ve recommended him to my sister as well.
He’s such a lovely warm and smiley gentleman. I love the text reminder (as I’d forget to unlock the gate) or update service as a form of communication, as communication is key.

Giraffe is a professional outfit. Their window cleaning is thorough and effective. My only criticism is that they don't come often enough!!

So reliable and always does a fab job, nothing is too much, very flexible and such nice people, honestly couldn't recommend Joe and the team more wouldn't use anybody else now.

We've been using Giraffe Cleaning/Joe & Co for years; they've moved with us to new properties twice now.

Lovely people to deal with, they clean our windows every other month and have done a great job of cleaning the guttering too.

Always polite and helpful and they will go out of their way to assist; we recently had our house re-painted and typically a bird decided to sit on the roof guttering and do its business down the newly decorated wall, they cleaned it off for us when they were here doing the windows as it was too high up for us to reach, and now it all looks new and clean again.

They always text to let you know when they are coming and are brilliant if you need to re-arrange for any reason. Payment is taken from the bank so no worries if you haven’t got cash to hand.

Thoroughly recommend.

I book as and when required but have them clean my conservatory roof clean etc yearly. Great job and they never let me down. Always arrive in time. This year had side of rendering power washed
