I recently came across Giraffe Tools and have been really impressed. What stood out right away was their attention to detail and overall product quality. Their garage accessories are not only well-designed but genuinely useful for everyday use.

I currently use several of their reel products intended for indoor use, and each one has been extremely clean in design, highly functional, and easy to integrate into my space. It’s rare to find products that balance aesthetics and practicality this well.

So far, everything has performed exactly as expected, and I’m confident they’ll continue to hold up over time. Definitely looking forward to getting long-term use out of them.

I have the top of the range Giraffe wall mount pressure washer.
The idea is brilliant. The product is not.
First point it runs at 95db. At that volume ear protection should be worn when working around it. It is ridiculously noisy.
Second, the reel doesn't always run the hose back onto the reel in the correct way. It will bunch up and leave half of it unwound on the floor
Third, I upgraded to the soft grey hose. This kinks and stops the flow of water.
Fourth, it takes along to time to actually get to pressure.
Fifth, in the UK the fittings for the gun and hoses are not available. It's a nightmare trying to get a better aftermarket gun to fit and you'll need as......
Sixth, the gun provided is a piece of plastic rubbish as is the soap bottle.
Apart from that lot.......
My leader hose was kinked upon arrival but as I had already waited 3 weeks for it to arrive I cracked on. A few months later the area of kink split and water filled my garage (I had to put it in my garage due to complaints from the neighbours about the noise).
Contacted the company and apparently they are out of stock
They offered to send me another pressure washer when I left poor feed back.
I don't want another pressure washer, I just need a link hose. I have suggested opening the box of the new pressure washer they were going to send me and just send me the hose instead. Of course as we are dealing with Americans we can't phone them and it is currently taking 3 days for them to reply to any email.
Wish I'd never bothered! Stick with Karcher!

Excellent support to correct a quality issue. No hassle…Giraffe just fixed the problem.

I had an issue with my wall mounted vacuum. I called Giraffe’s Customer Service and Lea was great! She worked through my problem with me and ultimately resolved my concern professionally, cordially and quickly. I’m very happy with their support, after the sale.

Where to start. I'm going to list the poor service from this company.
1) ordered the item (hose reel) giraffe said it was dispatched 11 days later they said it wasn't in stock
2) complaint made, they then sent me the item so point one was a lie, they then sent me an incorrect invoice with a cheaper price again this was a mistake.
3) hose reel arrived it was not the item I ordered, the image provided by giraffe shows all hose reels are all the same no matter what length of hose and all show having a side attachment for the leader hose, the hose sent didn't have this.
4) complaint again, I was told I ordered the 25m hose which doesn't have the side attachment, was told sorry the image on the site was misleading?
5) they would not rectify there mistake and made it out this was my mistake, I am now awaiting a return label to return the item,.

Do not use this company they are terrible and have poor advertising which is misleading, throughout the process every aspect has been wrong..

The entire team at Giraffe have been amazing. In particular Chassy. I had a warranty which was resolved in 1 day. No questions asked they back their products and have a service to meet those commitments. I will be buying again.

I've been using the Giraffe Tools Retractable Garden Hose Reel for a while. It makes watering the garden much easier. The hose pulls out smoothly to the length I need and moves without tangling. It retracts back quickly with a simple tug and stays neatly stored. It saves time during both use and cleanup. No need to coil or untangle a heavy hose after finishing work.

I appreciate working with a company that stands behind their products! Too many people making junk and then they don't help you when it breaks.

One of the best companies and after sales service we have experienced. They help us to identify the issue and quickly resolved the issue with a replacment unit.

It's an absolute great product. But like all mechanical things sometimes there is a problem. When a problem arises it's customer service that sets a company apart. Giraffe's customer service is one of the best I have ever encountered. Great products great service what more could you ask for.

We bought a retractable hose which was faulty and did not retract. Customer service is abysmal. They asked for a recording of the fault, serial numbers telephone numbers, order number etc, which was sent. They replied asking for the same information they then replied giving a different address from another customer. They then started being rude & then stopped replying altogether so we are left with the original broken hose and seemingly no way to contact.
I would never purchase from this company again, who are clearly failing to uphold their legal obligations to consumers.

Wow nearly bought from this Badly run company, good job as always I check companies reviews before purchasing glad I did lol. So sorry all you guys that had bad experience with this company but I thank you for your honest reviews. I will be purchasing elsewhere. God Bless

I have a Giraffe retractable hose reel which I have been pleased with, however it jammed I contacted Giraffe for advice on how to resolve the problem, no response. I go ahead and repair it myself, it’s basically fixed but doesn’t fully rewind anymore so I contact their customer care to ask for advice on how to increase the tension so that it fully rewinds, a lady called Doris responds and ask for invoice details and video, I tell her she has misunderstood, I make clear at this point I am not making a claim under the warranty because it’s 4 years old, but she insists on the information, so I comply.
She comes back and says sorry we can’t replace it, it's out of warranty.
This company needs to ensure that it employs competent staff.
And I still do not have any help from Giraffe as how to fix the problem.

Ordered a pressure washer and received the conformation email. Waited a week with no delivery or updates. Sent a query for an update and received a response saying that the item has been taken off the shelf and upgraded and is no longer for sale, (Although the only other model they have has less performance and quality - not an upgrade). Told me I can get a refund and order something else, no way to apply for a refund from the original order or from Nicole's email response. Left sitting in limbo wondering why they a) still have the pressure washer available to order on their website, b) had to wait for myself to chase for an update to be told they don't have the items available and c) leaving me in the dark to try to figure out how to be refunded the money.

my issue not resolved, the agent (Doris) is the worst possible customer agent ever, she made no effort in resolving my issue, she asked me irrelevant questions that was already answered to delay my refund, she ignore 90% of my emails and only answered what she wanted too. she took over a month to process my refund that she her self got approved and then still took ver a month, she tried to make it look like Christmas and new years day, but where'd the rest of 20 plus days go? she never apologised or actually took any responsibility. Now the actual products, I only used a it a few times, its still in pristine condition but stopped working, massively disappointed, no reason for it to not work, nothing hit the product or dropped or anything it just stopped working and this company could not send any engineer to fix or advice anything of any trouble shoot over email meaning this must be a known problem.
the company has no telephone number there online enquire was joke and nightmare, getting just a response was a mission, this company as a whole is trash, I mean things happen, machines have issues sometime but the company the way they handle there customer is trash

strongly advice DO NOT BUY FROM THE, specially if they have Doris working fort them. I have all emails pictures and video saved, to back everything I have said.

They sent the wrong item and there is virtually no customer support. I received one email and no answers to my subsequent emails. I’m still waiting weeks later for them to sort out their mistake. Very poor service, I wouldn’t use them again. UPDATE finally Received an email today confirming supply of correct item, fingers crossed😀

Was fed up of buying things that don't last so decided to buy/invest in an expensive 30m Giraffe Hose Reel (wall mounted) for £119.99 from Amazon. Not cheap so I thought I would be safe from shoddiness. Unfortunately I was wrong. The spray nozzle (a cheap plasticy contraption) started to leak water after 2 months (I wish Trustpilot allowed you to upload photos/videos). I wrote to Giraffe tools on 3 separate occasions; did not hear back from them, plus there is no telephone number you can call them on. Very poor customer service. Thankfully I was protected with Amazon who gave me a refund (eventually heard back form them after the 3rd time and all they were going to do was replace the spray nozzle). I would not recommend these products. Cheap manufacturing.
Plus I had to pay someone to put it up, then take it down to return it and then to put up a replacement Hozelock
